• Represented the Norwegian telecom company Telenor in connection with the sale of its shares in ONE GmbH which were subsequently sold to France Telekom and Mid Europa Partners for a purchase price of approx. 1.4 billion Euros. 
• Advised a world-famous consulting firm on preparing the contractual documentation for the reorganisation of a state-owned petro-chemical conglomerate in the Middle East.  
• Represented the Austrian party to an international legal dispute in connection with the privatisation of a government-owned Russian company (Sojusplodoimport - ua "Stolichnaya"). 
• Advised a large Italian food manufacturer in connection with establishing its Austrian branch office and organising its distribution structure.  
• Advised the Austrian market leader in the quality, environmental and security management sector with regard to its tax reorganisation while, at the same time, the four business segments were consolidated in a single corporation, under a uniform trademark.  
• Advised private and public companies, such as various banks and one of the largest municipalities of Austria, in the context of the demerger of divisions. 
• Drafted contracts  for reorganising the real estate holding company of an Austrian bank into a private foundation. 
• Advised an Austrian bank on the sale of its online-brokering segment.
