• Advised one of the largest Swiss banks on the incorporation of a tax-motivated joint venture with a medium-sized German bank in Austria, the total investment exceeding two billion Euros.
• Advised a European investment company of Nordic origin on the acquisition of an Austrian distribution company in the workwear sector.
• Advised U.S. investors on the establishment or reorganisation of a joint venture that maintains subsidiaries in the fast growing biogas plant sector in India, Austria, Hungary, and Germany.
• Advised a leading German components supplier on the acquisition of the operations of an Austrian motor block manufacturer.
• Advised a Taiwanese manufacturer on setting up its entire corporate structure in Austria, in eight European countries, and in Switzerland, in the context of a group acquisition.

• Advised an Austrian majority shareholder of a leading express parcel service on the acquisition of shares valuing several million Euros.
• Advised the German subsidiary of a world-leading aluminium recycler/producer in the context of negotiating the acquisition of an Austrian recycling company.
• Advised a major European manufacturer of laminate floors on the planned acquisition of a German competitor.
• Advised in the context of one of the first incorporations of a European corporation (SE) in Austria by virtue of the merger of a Cypriot corporation with an Austrian corporation
