Projects:

• Advised a world-leading IT company in a tender of the Federal Ministry of Finance for a contract to reorganise the Austrian tax authorities' entire computer network.
• Advised a large auditing firm as bidder in procedures for the award of service contracts before ministries and other authorities. 
• Supported an Austrian university in preparing tender documents, opening bids, evaluating bids, awarding the contracts and legal representation in the event of avoidance. 

• Represented bidders in tender procedures for medical products in the optical, IT and hygiene sectors.
• Drafted review applications and applications for declaratory judgments, representing clients before the Federal Procurement Agency, the Vienna Procurement Supervision Board (Vergabekontrollsenat), and the Independent Administrative Boards in the federal provinces.
