Since the liberalisation of the (tele)communications market, BKP has been advising national and international providers in the context of their activities in Austria. The Austrian regulatory authorities and the Austrian legislator have relied on BKP's lawyer's experience in that area.

• Represented a state-owned Norwegian telecommunications provider in corporate issues involving several million Euros.
• Supported the leading Swedish telecom company in its activities in Austria.
• Advised the leading Austrian mobile phone company in Austria.
